About the Role

The Student Intern at 4xi Global plays a key supporting role across strategic projects, research, content development, and community-building initiatives. This position is ideal for a motivated student interested in hospitality, consulting, and the future of human experience design. Working alongside global practitioners, the intern will gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects, including the development of the 4xi360 Resource Center, engagement with hospitality schools, and support of thought leadership efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing, organizing, and managing content for the 4xi360 Resource Center.
- Support the creation and curation of articles, tools, and resources for member communities.
- Engage with hospitality schools and student groups to grow and strengthen academic partnerships.
- Conduct research on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in hospitality, human experience (HX), foodservice, and workplace experience.
- Assist in planning and executing virtual or in-person events, webinars, and community initiatives.
- Contribute to internal projects, presentations, and deliverables supporting 4xi’s consulting and advisory work.

Requirements

Educational Background
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong academic performance with a focus on relevant coursework.


Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis and research methodologies.


Experience
  • Previous internship or work experience in consulting, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience with community-building initiatives or events is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and management of the 4xi360 Resource Center.

  • Support the team in creating and curating content for members.

  • Engage with hospitality schools to build and strengthen communities.

  • Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in the hospitality sector.

  • Help organize events and initiatives aimed at enhancing member value.


Availability
  • Must be available for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments.
