About the Role

The Senior Consultant, Workplace at 4xi Global is a strategic advisor and project leader dedicated to helping clients shape the future of work through human-centered workplace strategy, hospitality-driven service models, and operational excellence. Based in India and supporting global clients, this role leads engagements focused on workplace experience, facilities operations, service transformation, and community-building across corporate campuses, Class A environments, and high-performance workspaces. The Senior Consultant serves as a trusted partner to client leadership, bringing insight, structure, and creativity to help organizations design workplaces where people and business thrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead workplace consulting projects from discovery through delivery, including diagnostics, experience assessments, journey mapping, service modeling, and operational redesign.

- Develop and deliver workplace strategies that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and service integration across hospitality, FM, technology, and HR.

- Conduct on-site assessments of workplace operations, front-of-house services, amenities, and community programs.

- Evaluate service performance, staffing models, vendor relationships, and FM/FM-hospitality integrations to provide actionable recommendations.

- Design and implement workplace experience programs, hospitality-led service models, and community engagement initiatives.

- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and co-creation sessions to capture insights and align people around a shared vision.

- Analyze operational and financial data, benchmarking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive briefings.

- Support business development activities, proposals, and client relationship management across UK and European markets.

- Contribute to 4xi’s thought leadership, including articles, frameworks, tools, and the 4xi360 Resource Center.

- Mentor junior consultants and support cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

Education & Professional Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Organizational Development, Real Estate, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in workplace strategy, workplace experience, FM/hospitality operations, change management, or consulting.

  • Experience working in or with multinational companies, corporate campuses, or premium workplace environments in the UK/EU.

  • Background in workplace transformation, service design, or large-scale operational programs is highly desirable.


Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong consulting toolkit: research, analysis, structured problem-solving, and storytelling.

  • Deep understanding of workplace operations, front-of-house services, facilities management, and hospitality-driven service models.

  • Experience with community-building and employee experience programming.

  • Financial and operational analysis skills, including data interpretation, performance metrics, and business case development.

  • Proficiency with workplace technologies such as room booking systems, CAFM/IWMS tools, visitor management, and feedback platforms.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.


Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to executives and large groups.

  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship-building abilities.

  • Skilled facilitator with the ability to lead workshops, discussions, and alignment sessions.

  • Confident and articulate communicator with a polished, professional presence.

Location, Availability & Travel
  • Based in India with the ability to support ME, APAC, and global clients.
